Does it work with Airbnb and Booking.com?
Yes - and Agoda, Expedia and more. We connect them for you, and new bookings show within minutes, with guest names and prices.
Can my staff use it?
Yes. Staff can log in too, but they see less than owners - for example, no money figures - and you can limit them to the villas they work at.
Is my guest data safe?
Only the people you invite can see it.
How much does it cost?
There are two plans, Basic and Premium. You pay one price a month for your whole business, based on how many villas and rooms you run. Tell us your setup and we'll give you your number. No setup fee, and no commission on your bookings.
Does it file the police report for me?
No. We remind you which guests still need a report and when it's due. You file it with the police yourself, on paper.
Is it in Bahasa Indonesia?
Yes. The whole thing works in English and Indonesian.
What happens if I cancel?
Your villas come off the screen and we stop sending reminders. No lock-in, no cancellation fee.
Do I need a laptop, or does it work on my phone?
It works on your phone. Most owners never open it on a computer.
How long does setup take?
Usually a day or two, once you send us your booking site details and villa list.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Press "Try it now" to look around a sample business - no signup, no card.
What if my villa has no licence yet?
You can still use Ruma Hotelier. We'll just remind you that the licence is missing, not pretend it exists.
