About this villa
J Ming Villa is a quiet, private two-bedroom villa in Mas, just outside central Ubud. The whole villa is yours. It's booked by one group at a time and never shared.
It's a good fit for couples, solo travellers, small families, and longer stays. You get a calm place to come home to after exploring Ubud.
Inside are two bedrooms with queen beds, each with air conditioning, and two bathrooms. The villa sleeps up to 4 adults. The living space opens onto a private pool and a small tropical garden. A small kitchen with a dining counter has what you need for simple meals, and there's free Wi-Fi throughout.
If you'd like help during your stay, we can arrange breakfast, a driver or airport pickup, motorbike rental, or laundry. These cost extra and depend on availability, so please ask ahead.

Cancelling and deposit
- A 30% deposit confirms your booking
- The rest is paid on arrival or before check-in
- Free to cancel up to 14 days before arrival, and your deposit is returned in full
- Cancelling 7 to 13 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit is returned
- Cancelling less than 7 days before arrival, or not arriving: the deposit is not returned
- Changing your dates is free once, if you ask at least 14 days before arrival and the new dates are available
- A refundable security deposit of Rp 1,000,000 is paid at check-in and returned at check-out after a quick check of the villa

Yes. We can arrange a driver from the airport to the villa for an extra charge. Send us your flight time a few days before you arrive.
How far is the villa from central Ubud?
The villa is in Mas, a quiet village just south of central Ubud. It's a short drive to the centre. We can arrange a driver or a motorbike for getting around.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is not included in the price. We can arrange it with a local partner for an extra charge. Just ask a day ahead.
